Well, it sure the hell is sexy with the invention of the Snuggie Sutra!! That's right, you read that right...the Snuggie Sutra..its real and you know you can't wait to try it, so go get yourself a snuggie and enjoy these fine examples of some of the magical positions you can achieve! And if any of you have given this a whirl, fess up and tell me...just how erotic is the Snuggie Sutra?

Travels to Alabama and Atlanta, books and a photoshoot!

Hello Lovelies!! As per usual I'm crazy busy! This last week I did a phootshoot with Nick Valentino(my super talented, very sexy boyfriend) with some very talented photography students at the Nossi College of Art in Nashville, TN. The shoot was a ton of fun, although I did almost die of the hypothermia after the sun went down. *note to self* (wear more clothes next time I do a shoot outside) :)

This coming weekend we set off to squeeze two events into one day!! On Saturday during the day we will be in Montgomery, AL for the Alabama Bookfest! It should be a ton of fun and fingers crossed we should sell a lot of books!! Sucker Punch!!

Hello Lovelies!! So, today I finally was able to go see Sucker Punch!! I've been waiting to see this movie for what feels like ever...basically since it was announced last year. I already knew I loved the costumes, I totally plan on making Sweet Pea's and probably Baby Doll's outfits, but would I like the movie, well that was a wait and see. I was expecting a mindless, fun action movie and had very low expectations story-wise going in. Were my expectations meet, exceeded or was it just a disappointment? I would say that my expectations were exceeded in someways, I found the story to be pretty compelling and the characters to be more likable and sympathetic then I expected, there wasn't the constant in your face action that I was expecting, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It was visually amazing for sure, although at times the action sequences played out a bit like a music video, but there is an explanation for that. So...what does my rambling mean you ask?? Did I love it, hate it, would I encourage you to go see it?? The answer is I liked it quite alot, maybe more than I expected to, is everyone going to like it? No. But, if you like visually awesome, somewhat dark action movies with really hot girls in really hot clothes, then yes....get thee to the theater!! I will leave you with the trailer and by all means if you've seen it comment below and let me know what you thought! ~Elizabeth

Wild, Wild West Con 2011

Hello Lovelies! So, I know its been awhile, I've been a very naughty girl and haven't been posting frequently as promised! Things have been crazy busy as always and I have some really amazing announcements I am dying to share with you guys as soon as I can! *grin* I've also been traveling alot, yeah, whats new right? Most recently I braved the desert and headed to Tucson, AZ for Wild, Wild West Con!! It was held between two venues, the hotel(which don't get me started on that, lets just say the hot water incident was one of many...) lol and Old Tucson studios where they filmed such movies as Tombstone and The Quick and the Dead and tons of other westerns. This location was AMAZING!!! I spent the entire weekend hanging out in an old western town complete with ponies, cowboys and a gunfight at high noon! Throw a bunch of steampunkers in there and you've got yourself all kinds of awesome!!
I shared a table with the awesomely talented and dashingly handsome Nick Valentino in the Inn, directly across from the saloon, which housed can can dancers and beer...uh...hell yeah!! We sold a fair amount of books and had a blast getting to know our neighbors in the inn! David Lee Summers who was not only hilarious and super nice, but an amazing author as well and the awesome and fun folks that are responsible for the forthcoming steampunk adventure web series, "Mantecoza" despite having the catch phrase, "steam your saber" stuck in my head for ever more, I love them all dearly! Visit their fb page and make sure to comment with "Steam Your Sabre" and then tell them I sent ya!! We were also randomly graced with the presence of the very lovely ladies and amazing steampunk authors, Cherie Priest and Oliva Grey. I did my first two official reading there, one for the masses and one very naughty late night reading and I must say I believe much fun was had by all!! I want to shout out a special thank you to Ryan McMann for putting on such an amazing event!! I absolutely can't wait until next year!! I met so many wonderful people there, I can't list you all, but I love each and every one of you! *hugs and kisses* I will embed the trailed for Mantecoza for your viewing pleasure at the bottom of this post!! Until next time! ~Liz

P.S. Blogger is being a giant pain in my ass right now and not letting me insert pictures below all ghetto style...*sigh*

This is me doing my first ever reading! Woohoo!

Here I am hanging with the cowboys!

This is the group of awesome authors I got to hang with all weekend!

Nick and I with Aaron and Susan from Mantecoza! We arae so ready to steam our sabers....wait that sounded wrong...oh well! heheh

And speaking of Mantecoza.....here is the rad trailer...get ready to STEAM YOUR SABER!!

Steamcon...coffeepunk and other stuff....

Hello boys and girls! I know, I know...I started this blog and claimed I would blog the hell out of it...well yeah...so far that has worked well...however...I vow to change my ways! Promise...anywho....so I was on a whirlwind three week long trip that included bookfests, dinosaur world and steamcon and....coffeepunk, thats right folks, coffeepunk.

So lets as they say...start at the very beginning! :) First off...Bound by Blood is officially out....so if you haven't bought your copy yet...well what the hell are you waiting for!? There is hot sex, biting and lots and lots of crazy action/fight scenes!! It has been very well reviewed so far which is making me happy and lots of requests for a second book, which is also making me happy! In fact, I am so happy, if you buy it and tell me what the dedication is too, I will let you have one of novellas off my back list!

I have also been traveling non-stop! I was in New Orleans for a bookfest, which was awesome, I mean how could it not be!! It was New Orleans! We did the normal traverse Bourbon Street and went to the oldest bar and all the fun touristy stuff....how could we not!? :) Then the next weekend it was off to Frankfort, KY, on the drive there, we passed such delights as Elizabethtown which I of course stood under and got my picture taken and we also passed...Dinosaur World!! How can you deny the awesomeness of life sized dinosaur replicas in the middle of Kentucky!? You can't! So we went and it was AWESOME!!! So awesome in fact...I may have to have a special event there one day!!
Then we took flight and winged our way back to my hometown of Seattle!! Woohoo I heart Seattle!! It was time for Steamcon II!! So excited! I adored steamcon last year and knew this year was going to rock!! We did panels and rocked the vendor room, created mayhem and mischeif, took advantage of the outdoor hot tub even though it was snowing! Hell yeah!! And I introduced coffeepunk to the masses...that's right I did....want to know more?? Stay tuned tomorrow for a very special thanksgiving explanation, complete with a short story! *grin*
Until next time my darlings....don't do anything I wouldn't do!!
